Owen, January 13, 2017 - Café Campus at the University of Esslingen in Göppingen is a meeting point for students on campus. This is where students from the Mechatronics & Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management faculties meet to chat, play table soccer, billiards and darts and get together at numerous events. Leuze electronic regards the students as its potential employees of tomorrow, which the company supports by offering internships and supervising their bachelor thesis works. Leuze electronic donated new coffee cups for Café Campus at Christmas. At the pre-Christmas pub evening, students discussed with the company representative Martina Schili their wishes and concerns and the mutual expectations that the students and the company have of each other over punch from the newly donated cups. "In accordance with the double-digit growth of the company, not only are parts of the buildings being extended and new production lines set up, but many new employees with different qualifications are being looked for in all areas of the company - local, nationally and internationally - from skilled production workers to product managers and sales managers", says Martina Schili, Corporate Communications Manager at Leuze electronic. "More than 100 new employees were hired in 2016, the majority of which was hired in Germany alone." This growth strategy seems likely to continue in 2017. www.leuze.de/karriere
